Teamlead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Teamlead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to ensure the successful execution of various projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of individuals providing guidance and support as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies for growth.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions as needed.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
• Ensure quality standards are met through thorough review processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in project management or team management.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English spoken and written.
• Indian nationality preferred.

Salary: $1500 per month.

This is a contract position with no accommodation provided.
