TEAM LEADER TELESALES/ TEAMLEITER TELEVERTRIEB

Position Overview

As a Telesales Team Leader, you will manage a team of 10 to 15 sales agents.

You will be responsible for ensuring the organization, performance, and success of a remote telesales team.

You will oversee project operations, ensure compliance with procedures, coach and motivate team members, and support their professional development.

Your mission will include analyzing both individual and team performance, implementing action plans to improve results, and ensuring productivity targets are achieved while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Development

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 to 15 sales representatives.
• Set and monitor team performance objectives.
• Motivate, coach, and support team members in achieving their targets.
• Develop product and sales expertise through regular evaluations and personalized coaching.
• Identify development opportunities and support employees in their professional growth.
• Foster team engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Provide visibility on project performance and business outlook.

Project Management

• Analyze team results and implement performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
• Manage operational incidents and production‑related issues.

Client Relationship Management

• Participate in the preparation and facilitation of operational review meetings when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and value creation for the client.

Profile

• Minimum 2 years of management experience .
• Native German speaker.
• Strong expertise in telesales.
• Previous experience in the personal insurance sector is a plus.

Employment Conditions

• Full‑time permanent contract .
• Fixed salary + monthly performance bonuses (package depending on experience).
• Meal vouchers (€8.50 per day worked on‑site).
• Variable schedule from Monday to Saturday depending on business needs.
• Position based in one of our offices in Rouen, Lille, Paris, or Barcelona , with 3 days on‑site presence required.
