Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of approximately 10 to 15 sales advisors
- Set and monitor the team's performance targets
- Motivate, coach and support team members to help them achieve their objectives
- Develop the team's product and sales skills through regular evaluations of employees, identify development areas and support their skills progression
- Analyze team results and implement action plans to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Manage production incidents
Qualifications
- Management experience: 2 years
- Strong proficiency in telemarketing
- Experience in the personal insurance sector is a plus
