Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of approximately 10 to 15 sales advisors
  • Set and monitor the team's performance targets
  • Motivate, coach and support team members to help them achieve their objectives
  • Develop the team's product and sales skills through regular evaluations of employees, identify development areas and support their skills progression
  • Analyze team results and implement action plans to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures
  • Manage production incidents

Qualifications

  • Management experience: 2 years
  • Strong proficiency in telemarketing
  • Experience in the personal insurance sector is a plus
