This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge the gap between technical excellence and client success, supporting major pharmaceutical and biotech partners worldwide.

The Role

As a cornerstone of our laboratory leadership, you will:

• Empower Talent: Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of immunoassay study directors.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Oversee complex bioanalytical studies focused on PK, PD, and ADA assays .
• Act as SME: Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for LBA assays.
• Optimize & Innovate: Spearhead assay optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management to maintain gold-standard data quality.
• Consultative Client Leadership: Own the relationship with global clients, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of GxP, FDA, and ICH M10 guidelines.

Qualifications

• Industry Expertise: Proven track record in a regulatory bioanalysis environment (CRO or Pharma).
• Diploma : PhD in biochemistry or in a related field.
• Scientific Depth: Extensive experience in immunogenicity assays and large molecule analysis.
• Platform Mastery: Hands‑on proficiency with MSD, Gyrolab, and ELISA .
• Leadership Provenance: Prior experience in team management, mentoring, or project supervision.

Language: Professional fluency in French and English is essential for this role to support our regional operations and client base.
