Team Lead – Project Partnering (Paris)
Reporting directly to the VP of Project Partnering, you will manage the Pool Enterprise team of seven members. Your big‑picture mission is to lead the team to generate booked business volume, optimize opportunity conversion, and ensure an excellent process for both clients and freelancers.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and refine the needs expressed by large account clients, challenging them using sector and function knowledge.
- Ensure a fine‑tuned search for profiles on the platform and other internal matching solutions.
- Qualify profiles and deliver the best ones to the client with a compelling argument inside clear business proposals.
- Advise and support consultants and the client in the recruitment phase.
- Encourage and guide clients to be more autonomous on the Malt marketplace, similar to what a Customer Success Manager would do.
- Participate in the closing process in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
- Propose improvements to processes and methods.
About You
- Experience in Customer Success Management, Consultant Recruitment within a consulting firm or the tech industry.
- Strong client interface and commercial mindset with the ability to maintain a partner posture.
- Organised, rigorous, and results‑oriented.
- Experience or tasks in Project Management involving several stakeholders, with knowledge of tech topics or a strong curiosity to learn about them.
- Native level proficiency in English.
How to Join the Mission
- First call with Talent Acquisition Manager Claudia to discuss background and aspirations (30–45 minutes).
- Interview with your future manager to delve into experience and role specifics (45–60 minutes).
- Business case to complete, evaluated to assess sourcing logic and management skills by Head of Recruitment.
- Final interview with VP of Project Partnering and COO to discuss Malt’s long‑term vision.
