Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Manager Key Account team, ensuring daily management and animation.
• Maintain clear roles and responsibilities across the Grands Comptes teams.
• Industrialise project quality standards using senior team work.
• Pilote the team performance via key KPIs and ensure PMs meet targets.
• Drive collective skills growth as the team expands and matures.
• Serve as the main liaison for internal stakeholders (AE, PSE, CSM) aligning all teams to the Grand Compte standard.
• Coordinate bi‑weekly alignment points with stakeholders and finalize RACI for projects.
• Monitor team KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Escalation point for critical cases and support the concerned PM.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven team management experience.
• Experience managing complex project deployments, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or consulting.
• Experience in a scale‑up or high‑growth environment.
• Design and structuring of service offerings.
• Located in Paris (team 90% based in Paris).

Nice to Have

• Experience in responding to complex tenders or sales.
• Knowledge of the accounting sector or ecosystem of accounting firms.
