We are looking for a Team Lead Media Buying to join our team!

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience managing a team (media buyers / account managers), with a strong focus on DSP-driven campaign
• Strong leadership skills: task delegation, prioritization, and execution control
• Proven experience in building and optimizing operational processes (SOPs, checklists, SLAs)
• Strong stakeholder management skills (clients), including conflict resolution
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, take ownership, and resolve them quickly
• Solid understanding of retargeting strategies (segmentation, funnels, performance optimization)
• Strong cross-functional communication and alignment across teams

Responsibilities:

• Drive overall retargeting performance, ensuring consistent growth and delivery of key KPIs
• Support and guide the team in day-to-day execution, helping them prioritize and stay focused on results
• Shape and improve how the team operates - from campaign launches to optimization and scaling logic
• Identify weak points across campaigns, processes, or team performance and fix them quickly
• Work closely with Sales and Tech to ensure smooth alignment between business expectations and delivery
• Ensure data reliability across tracking, attribution, and postbacks
• Bring clarity and structure into performance, reporting, and day-to-day operations
