Job Description
- You lead and develop the HR team by allocating tasks, resources, and fostering individual growth.
- As the central contact, you support managers and employees in all HR-related matters.
- While ensuring smooth HR administration, you continuously optimize local processes and provide guidance on labor law compliance.
- You manage recruitment and onboarding processes in close alignment with central HR standards and strategy.
- Together with the central L&D team, you identify training needs, organize development measures and promote a culture of learning.
- You implement compensation systems, support salary adjustments, performance reviews and maintain constructive relations with employee representation (CSE).
- In local HR projects, you act as a reliable interface between HR France and international HR management.
Qualifications
- You have a university degree in Business Administration (ideally with a focus on HR) or comparable long‑term professional experience, and you bring at least 5 years of experience in HR as a Team Lead.
- With in‑depth knowledge of labor law and solid expertise in social security regulations, you handle payroll coordination confidently.
- You contribute comprehensive expertise in HR management, covering the entire employee lifecycle and local HR processes.
- Through strong communication and negotiation skills, you influence effectively, resolve conflicts, and build trustful relationships.
- You collaborate successfully across teams, functions, and cultures.
- By combining innovative thinking with technical affinity, you create practical HR solutions and work confidently with digital HR tools.
- You are fluent in English and French – German is a plus.
