Team lead - Corporate actions & listings
Join Euronext Market Services (EMS) as Team Lead for the Cash Corporate Actions & Listing Operations team in Paris. EMS is the front line for Euronext’s Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business, ensuring high‑quality operational delivery across the listing and Corporate Actions lifecycle and their impact across the broader market ecosystem. In this role, you will take a central position in managing day‑to‑day operations and driving impactful change for the Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels and Lisbon cash markets.
You Will Be Primarily Responsible For
- Coordinating and overseeing daily corporate actions and listing activities across Euronext’s cash markets, covering multiple asset classes including equities, bonds, ETFs, warrants and equity‑linked products.
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, consistency of execution and a seamless client experience.
- Supporting and guiding the team in the execution of corporate actions, ensuring quality, accuracy and full compliance with applicable market rules and procedures.
- Managing operational escalations and communicating effectively with senior management, including the CFO, clearly articulating risks, impacts and key dependencies.
- Fostering strong collaboration with other departments and locations, harmonising processes, strengthening knowledge sharing and supporting pan‑European alignment.
- Leading and contributing to cross‑functional initiatives focused on innovation, digitalisation and continuous improvement.
- Preparing and delivering regular reporting, monitoring performance and maintaining strong and constructive relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Raising awareness of the impact of corporate actions and their downstream effects on clearing, settlement and the wider market ecosystem.
Your profile
- At least five years’ experience in the exchange or broader financial services industry, with a strong background in corporate actions and client‑facing operations.
- Proven track record of leading or driving projects and initiatives, with the ability to think creatively and propose pragmatic, effective solutions.
- Master’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
- Solid understanding of financial markets, products and the broader market infrastructure ecosystem.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, with the ability to coordinate, influence and inspire cross‑functional teams, including without formal line‑management responsibility.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with sound judgement around escalation and decision‑making.
- Cultural sensitivity and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are an advantage.
