Signode is looking for a driven Team Lead Business Development - Europe to lead our growth across Europe. In this role, you will focus on winning new customers, building a strong sales pipeline, and leading a high-performing team.
What you’ll do
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Lead and coach a team of new business sales professionals
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
What you bring
- Strong experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving growth
- Leadership experience with sales teams
- Solid pipeline management and sales discipline
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel: high (up to ~60% depending on region/customer footprint)
