Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Software Account Managers
- Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Provide hands‑on coaching on deal strategy, account planning, and customer engagement
- Support team members in achieving and exceeding retention, expansion, and revenue targets
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, QBRs, and performance check‑ins
- Improve forecasting accuracy and operational discipline within the team
- Collaborate closely with AEs, CSMs, and Product to align execution
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic / enterprise accounts
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within key customers
- Develop long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders (C‑level, procurement, project leadership)
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and renewal strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor to high‑value customers
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Account Management / Account Executive role
- Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise or mid‑market accounts
- Previous experience in a player‑coach or first‑line management role
- Ability to build structure and processes in a scaling team environment
- Strong commercial mindset with hands‑on experience closing deals and expansions
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on performance elevation
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Fluent in English and French.
