Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Software Account Managers
  • Drive a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Provide hands‑on coaching on deal strategy, account planning, and customer engagement
  • Support team members in achieving and exceeding retention, expansion, and revenue targets
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, QBRs, and performance check‑ins
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and operational discipline within the team
  • Collaborate closely with AEs, CSMs, and Product to align execution
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic / enterprise accounts
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within key customers
  • Develop long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders (C‑level, procurement, project leadership)
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and renewal strategy
  • Act as a trusted advisor to high‑value customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Account Management / Account Executive role
  • Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise or mid‑market accounts
  • Previous experience in a player‑coach or first‑line management role
  • Ability to build structure and processes in a scaling team environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with hands‑on experience closing deals and expansions
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on performance elevation
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • Fluent in English and French.
