Job Title

Teaching opportunities in Working Methods, Project Management & Professional Skills for the International Bachelor of Environmentally Engaged Engineering (I-BE³) (F/H).

Location

06560 Sophia Antipolis, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.

Teaching Scope (Indicative)

  • Project management fundamentals: planning, task structuring, milestones, deliverables
  • Collaborative methods (e.g., teamwork practices, lean)
  • Problem structuring and engineering reasoning, environmental engagement
  • Professional communication (oral, written, technical presentation)
  • Teamwork and group dynamics
  • Introduction to project monitoring tools (e.g., Kanban, basic project tracking)

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive teaching sessions (workshops, tutorials, seminars)
  • Support students in structuring and managing their SDG projects
  • Contribute to the development of methodological tools and frameworks
  • Participate in student assessment (project reviews, presentations, reports)
  • Coordinate with the teaching team to ensure alignment with disciplinary courses and project expectations

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in engineering, management, or related fields
  • Ability to teach fluently in English
  • Proven teaching experience at undergraduate level, or strong potential for teaching excellence
  • Strong interest in pedagogy and student support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project‑based learning or training
  • Experience in industry, consulting, or applied engineering contexts
  • Environmental engagement
  • Familiarity with agile methods and collaborative tools
  • Experience in multicultural or international environments

Teaching Conditions

  • Part‑time teaching assignment (“vacation”)
  • Typical teaching volume: 40–80 contact hours per semester (depending on course allocation and candidate profile)
  • Teaching activities will take place on‑site in Sophia Antipolis (campus Pierre Laffitte)
  • Compensation according to institutional rates (€64.0 per hour)
  • Contract duration: 1 year
