Tax Partner – Paris

We are directly instructed by the senior management team of a highly ambitious and growing independent business law firm in Paris to help with the appointment of a Tax partner.

The firm is a highly rated and astutely managed mid-size boutique business law firm, which specialises in navigating businesses through the legal and regulatory considerations of projects, transactions and disputes within highly regulated sectors. Notably in energy, infrastructure and mobility. Their multi-disciplinary expertise covers Corporate, Finance, Real Estate Project Development, ESG issues, Public Law, Employment, and commercial dispute resolution, on a national and international level.

The firm are now looking to add a versatile Tax partner to support their various transactional practices. The ideal candidate will be a corporate tax lawyer with expertise across the tax considerations relevant to the structuring of M&A, private equity and project finance deals. Additional experience in real estate taxation and tax controversy would be welcome.

The firm has a significant flow of work to feed into a tax practice, but it is hoped that the incoming lawyer would also bring something by way of their own standalone work.

You would be joining a firm which blends the best of traditional values with an entrepreneurial and innovative outlook to the practice of law. This is an ambitious firm with a solid strategy to build out its existing core areas, as well as adding complementary practices/sectors that would complement their offering. As such, this represents an exciting opportunity for a either a seasoned or up and coming tax partner looking for a new project to shape and lead.
