Our company is committed to excellence, innovation, and integrity . As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager/Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies to support the company’s objectives.

• Support the preparation and review of indirect and direct tax compliance, including Value-Added Tax (VAT) and Corporate Income Tax (CIT), in coordination with external tax advisors.
• Assist in monitoring the company's tax compliance and ensure tax-related documentation is complete and accurate.
• Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their potential impact on the business.
• Support tax planning initiatives and provide tax-related assistance to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and assist in communications with tax authorities when required.
• Assist with tax audits by preparing supporting documents and responding to information requests.
• Work closely with the accounting team during month-end and year-end closing to ensure accurate tax accounting.
• Prepare tax reconciliations, schedules, and internal tax reports.
• Identify potential tax risks and escalates issues to management with recommended solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance, preferably in a multinational company or accounting/tax advisory firm.
• Good understanding of VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and general tax compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and an interest in keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation.
• Experience working with external tax advisors is preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in French and English; Chinese is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
