Stellantis, the automaker resulting from the merger of PSA and Fiat Chrysler, is expanding its French Tax Team. Working closely with the group tax team, the French Tax Department is responsible for implementing the Group's tax strategy in France. Reporting to the Head of Tax for France, your role will be to manage all French and international tax matters within your remit.

Responsibilities

• Overall autonomous tax management of French entities with regard to all taxes;
• Tax expertise, advice, and analysis concerning all operations of French entities (in France and internationally)
• Involvement in restructuring, acquisitions, disposals, and partnerships
• Advice and assistance to operational and accounting teams on French tax matters
• Tax support for the preparation of financial statements, assistance in the preparation of accounts, and review of tax returns
• You will participate in the preparation of tax forecasts and the group's tax results as part of the management of the tax consolidation regime (in this respect, you will be required to manage the tax reporting tool)
• Analyzing the Group's current and deferred tax liability in conjunction with the consolidation teams
• Acting as the point of contact for auditors in connection with the closing of accounts
• Tax monitoring, drafting information notes, and leading internal training sessions for accounting teams.

Profile

• You have a master's degree specializing in taxation and at least 10 years of solid experience in a law firm, accounting firm and/or international company.
• Your experience enables you to understand and manage complex tax issues, master the tax challenges of an international group, and have a good understanding of deferred tax mechanisms.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, proactive, have good analytical skills, and possess excellent writing skills.
• You are curious, a team player, and eager to grow in a stimulating international environment. You have good interpersonal skills with a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
