Your Role and Missions
One of our main goals is to fully involve our apprentices in all strategic tax issues at AXA Group Operations worldwide. We aim to provide diverse projects that have high stakes and a strong technical dimension, such as assisting in all aspects of taxation, managing tax audits, contributing to transfer pricing policies, and supporting tax‑related aspects of M&A operations.
- Assisting AXA Group Operations entities in all aspects of taxation, including corporation tax, VAT, M&A, transfer pricing, international taxation issues, etc., with a focus on global and cross‑functional high‑stake matters
- Participating in tax audit defense for all AXA Group Operations entities (17 countries)
- Contributing to the implementation of transfer pricing worldwide policy
- Supporting in tax‑related aspects of M&A operations
- Working in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, such as M&A, strategy, legal, controlling, accounting, procurement, and IT operations
- Contributing to tax intelligence by managing a tax newsletter and providing tax‑related training to internal teams
Your Profile
- Master's degree (Master 2) in tax law or international tax law / Business school specialization in tax law / Degree of Business Law Counsel / Ecole Nationale des Impôts
- English proficiency – written and verbal
- Competencies: adaptability, curiosity, attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication skills
Experience
Preferably, one or more previous internships in international law firms and/or tax departments of large companies.
