Tax Compliance Officer F/M

Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Tax Compliance Officer (f/m) to join our Tax department based in Elancourt (priority) or Blagnac, France.

You will be part of a dynamic team managing tax compliance activities for the Airbus Defence and Space division in France. As part of the Tax Team, your role will involve ensuring tax reporting compliance and supporting the group’s financial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Determine corporate tax results, prepare tax returns and manage routine tax filings (VAT, local taxes, IFU, DAS).
• Calculate corporate income tax (CIT) charges, handle payments/refunds, and drive operating planning & cash tax forecasts.
• Support accounting teams with deferred taxes (Longview tool) and provide guidance on the tax treatment of invoices.
• Extract SAP data to prepare transfer pricing documentation and update the Reliable Audit Trail (PAF / France 2026 electronic invoicing).
• Provide support during tax audits by preparing responses for authorities and manage the team’s cost‑center POs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an accounting firm or corporate environment within a tax accounting role.
• Technical expertise: proficiency in ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and tax reporting tools.
• French and a very good level of English are mandatory.
• Strong ability to communicate technical topics effectively with non‑specialists.
