About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Assistance & HR Contract Coordinator to support a major offshore Oil & Gas development project. This role sits at the heart of project delivery, managing technical assistance contracts and supporting HR processes within a fast‑paced, international environment.
You will play a key role in coordinating contractor services, leading tendering processes, and ensuring compliance with project procedures and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Technical Assistance Services (TAS), including tendering, contract award, and ongoing contract administration
- Organise and lead call for tenders, including commercial evaluation and recommendations
- Conduct contract negotiations and liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Coordinate with project teams, HR, and contractors to ensure smooth mobilisation and service delivery
- Prepare and manage contract renewals, amendments, and presentations for internal approval committees
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of contractual activities (POs, tenders, follow‑ups)
- Support HR and administration with contractor data management and reporting
- Ensure strict adherence to company ethics, code of conduct, and confidentiality requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and anticipate project needs
About the Project
You will be supporting a large‑scale offshore Oil & Gas project involving complex engineering challenges, including FPSO systems, subsea production, and field development. The project operates in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment with a strong focus on performance, safety, and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years’ experience in contract management, tendering, or service procurement
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and administration
- Experience working in Oil & Gas, energy, or large‑scale industrial projects is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail‑oriented
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with the ability to work in complex, international environments
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
- Comfortable working with reporting tools and large data sets
Languages
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
