Technical Assistance & HR Contract Coordinator

Location: Paris Area, France

Contract: 12-month contract (renewable)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Assistance & HR Contract Coordinator to support a major offshore Oil & Gas development project. This role sits at the heart of project delivery, managing technical assistance contracts and supporting HR processes within a fast‑paced, international environment.

You will play a key role in coordinating contractor services, leading tendering processes, and ensuring compliance with project procedures and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Technical Assistance Services (TAS), including tendering, contract award, and ongoing contract administration
  • Organise and lead call for tenders, including commercial evaluation and recommendations
  • Conduct contract negotiations and liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Coordinate with project teams, HR, and contractors to ensure smooth mobilisation and service delivery
  • Prepare and manage contract renewals, amendments, and presentations for internal approval committees
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of contractual activities (POs, tenders, follow‑ups)
  • Support HR and administration with contractor data management and reporting
  • Ensure strict adherence to company ethics, code of conduct, and confidentiality requirements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and anticipate project needs

About the Project

You will be supporting a large‑scale offshore Oil & Gas project involving complex engineering challenges, including FPSO systems, subsea production, and field development. The project operates in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment with a strong focus on performance, safety, and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years’ experience in contract management, tendering, or service procurement
  • Strong understanding of contract negotiation and administration
  • Experience working in Oil & Gas, energy, or large‑scale industrial projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Highly organised, methodical, and detail‑oriented
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with the ability to work in complex, international environments
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Comfortable working with reporting tools and large data sets

Languages

  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
