About this Opportunity

As part of our project pipeline, we are building a Talent Pool for future roles in the offshore and infrastructure sector.

We are looking for a QA/QC Civil (Génie Civil) Site Supervisor (m/f/d) to support projects for our client, a leading company in the French energy sector .

Location: France / Europe | Project-based

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise civil works, including concrete, foundations, and structural elements
• Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
• Review method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs)
• Monitor welding and structural assembly activities
• Report non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions
• Interface with construction teams and project management

Your Profile

• 5–10 years of experience in civil or structural supervision
• Strong knowledge of construction quality control practices
• Experience in infrastructure or offshore projects is an advantage
• French: mandatory
• English: working level
• Strong attention to detail and site-based mindset
