Talent & People Leader — Build Our Hiring Engine

Zeffy is hiring a Head of Talent to own the entire recruiting function across Montréal and Paris. You will close roles personally, coach hiring managers and recruiters, and build systems and an employer brand that attracts top talent in international markets.

You will partner with leadership to define roles, improve processes, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while advancing an AI-enabled, scalable recruitment function.
