Responsibilities

1. Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across commercial, technical, and support roles in line with business priorities.
2. Advise and influence hiring managers on workforce needs, sourcing strategy, and decision making.
3. Define and implement sourcing strategies and talent pipelines aligned with business objectives.
4. Assess and present candidates with a structured, critical approach, ensuring alignment with technical, business, and cultural requirements.
5. Manage the offer process, ensuring accuracy and consistency of contractual elements in collaboration with Rewards and People Partners.
6. Act as SME for France, ensuring local practices align with global standards and secure key steps of the process.
7. Collaborate with international Talent Acquisition teams to harmonize practices.
8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to broader Talent Acquisition projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment in complex, demanding environments.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical and/or commercial roles (MedTech or international experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic partner, influencing stakeholders and supporting decision making.
• Strong capability to operate in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders (HR, Rewards, hiring managers, multi‑site).
• Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, particularly on contractual aspects.
• Experience in agency, consultancy, or corporate environments is a strong plus.
• Fluency in French and English.
