Position Details

About the Role

Your role will be to drive growth across the company and culture while supporting the People team.

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Lead first-round interviews: challenge candidates’ skills, understand their motivations and expectations, and help them picture themselves growing with us
• Coordinate internal and external events such as offsites, all-hands, trade shows, afterworks, etc.
• Oversee day-to-day office management
• Oversee travel and expense policies and processes

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least one role in a startup, scale-up, tech, or consulting environment.
• Full proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s (BS) or Master’s (MS) degree
• Familiar with WelcomeKit and LinkedIn Recruiter
