Role Summary

The Group Talent Development Manager designs, executes, and continuously improves the Group’s talent development strategy, leading performance processes, succession planning, and development programs to support a high-performance culture.

Key Projects

  1. People Performance Management
    • Lead the annual objective-setting cycle, ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency across teams.
    • Manage the full 360 feedback campaign from design to insights delivery.
    • Coordinate the Annual Review process, including preparation materials, guidance to managers, and Group review and calibration sessions.
    • Analyze performance data to generate insights for development priorities and organizational needs.
    • Continuously review and improve all performance and talent processes.
  2. Group Succession Planning
    • Lead the Group’s succession planning cycle, building diverse talent pipelines for critical roles.
    • Facilitate calibration sessions with leaders to assess readiness, potential, and development needs.
    • Create talent heatmaps, risk analyses, and succession dashboards for senior leadership.
    • Partner with HRBPs and managers to design IDPs for successors and emerging leaders.
    • Ensure ongoing review and update of development actions.
  3. Top Talent Programs & Leadership Development
    • Design and roll out the Group’s top talent identification framework.
    • Create, customize, and deploy tailored development programs for identified top talent and high‑potential employees.
    • Manage full program experience: learning journey, communications, stakeholder alignment, logistics, coaching.
    • Continuously evaluate impact and implement improvements.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a top university or business school, specializing in HR or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or similar people roles.
  • Experience managing performance cycles, 360 feedback, delivering talent analytics, and designing talent programs.
  • Strong relationship builder with trust-based partnerships across all levels.
  • Curious, innovative, data-driven, analytical mindset; able to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • High autonomy, initiative, and ability to drive projects independently.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in high‑level English (written and verbal).
