As Talent Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving the performance and career development strategy across the organization. Your mission is to design, implement, enhance, and monitor processes and tools that align with business needs, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expertise:
    • Serve as the go-to expert in talent development, providing strategic guidance and expertise to HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization.
  • Performance Management:
    • Lead the design and delivery of all regular performance management campaigns, including self-evaluation, people reviews, integrated conversations, and feedback sessions.
    • Oversee the Talent Accelerator initiatives, such as talent reviews, career development plans, and talent sessions.
    • Provide comprehensive processes and produce all the materials and support to the HR community, the managers, and the employees to facilitate effective talent development.
    • Cascade and communicate to the HR countries, Brands & Global Functions
  • Self-Awareness Tools:
    • Build consistent offer of self awareness tools for the different populations
    • Manage and promote self-awareness tools like CliftonStrengths, 360° feedback, and the platform.
    • Collaborate with other Centers of Expertise to design and implement talent development strategies and programs that align with the organization's goals in Digital, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Diversity & Inclusion.
  • Talent Club:
    • Prepare and lead the Talent Club, building strong relationships with its members and collaborating to ensure the successful implementation of talent development initiatives.
  • Effectiveness Monitoring:
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Develop and promote actions focused on Diversity and Inclusion to foster a culture of inclusivity and continuous cultural improvement.

Requirements:

  • HRBP Experience:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in diverse environments within Renault Group.

  • Global Thinking:

Strong global perspective with a keen sense of operational execution.

  • Project Management:

Exceptional planning and structuring skills, with experience in managing transversal projects.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Digital Tools Proficiency:

Strong interest and proficiency in digital tools.

  • Creativity:

Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and drive new initiatives.

  • Language Skills:

Fluency in French and English.
