Talent & Ambassador Project Manager - CDD (H/F)
As part of its growth, Genius is looking for a Talent & Ambassador Project Manager for a luxury brand (English Fluency required) on a fixed‑term contract (CDD).
By joining Genius, you will work on consulting assignments for major CAC 40 and mid‑sized companies across various industries.
As part of a renewable 6‑month contract, you will join a leading beauty company to support the execution and delivery of talent and ambassador strategies across global and local markets.
The role
You will work closely with the Talent & Ambassador Manager, to coordinate talent activations, manage day‑to‑day project execution, oversee communication workflows, and ensure seamless collaboration across PR, marketing, social, and external stakeholders.
Talent & Ambassador Project Management
- Support the development and execution of ambassador and talent programmes across local markets, ensuring effective management of timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and optimisation opportunities, and contribute to maximizing the impact and ROI of talent activations.
Talent & Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Act as a key point of contact for local markets, ambassadors, talent partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate communication, approvals, and information flow across Marketing, PR, Social Media, Digital, Events, and external agencies to ensure alignment and efficient project delivery.
Communication & PR Activation
- Support the execution of 360 communication plans for ambassador and talent programmes across earned, owned, social, and marketing channels.
- Coordinate talent participation in PR activities, events, launches, content creation, media opportunities, and brand activations, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and launch calendars.
Content, Asset & Workflow Coordination
- Manage content and asset approval processes, delivery timelines, and distribution across markets and teams.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, communication workflows, and content calendars to support seamless execution.
Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Track campaign performance, talent activation metrics, project milestones, and key KPIs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations to support continuous improvement of talent programmes and partnerships.
Location: Levallois‑Perret (remote 2 days per week)

Your Profile
- You have + 4 years of experience in project management, working with talent, ambassadors, influencers, or entertainment partners.
- You have a strong understanding of the beauty, fashion, and/or luxury industries (and an experience in this industry).
- You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex workflows and timelines.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, highly collaborative environments.
