We are currently looking for a Talent Advisor to support our client in recruitment processes for white- and blue-collar roles. Based in France, ideally near Steinbourg, this role works closely with the TA manager and key business stakeholders as part of Randstad Sourceright for a client in the animal care and food industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support stakeholders and business leaders
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements (workforce planning)
• Engaging hiring managers and candidates weekly, providing regular updates on the process
• Compliantly using the ATS to input correct data and statuses of candidates, ensuring data accuracy in real time
• Sharing market feedback and competitor intelligence to educate the hiring manager on supply and demand

About You

• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with high goals and a desire to develop and grow
• In-house or RPO experience is a plus, or an agency background
• Experience hiring within a “blue collar” environment is an asset
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
• Loves to learn
• Enjoys structure and following a process
• Comfortable seeking help when needed
