We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and retain top talent, ensuring our people represent our values.

Your mission:

• Source and engage top talent for our consulting teams and client projects.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-potential candidates.
• Present Sircle's unique culture and opportunities to candidates, highlighting our human-centric approach.
• Address candidate needs with personalized, transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, universities, and professional networks.
• Collaborate with our client's hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
• Explore new channels and tools to enhance our talent pipeline and employer branding.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with autonomy and adaptability.
• Stay ahead of market trends in talent acquisition and continuously improve our processes.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, but personality and drive matter most.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and committed to connect with people.
• Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills—you're Sircle's ambassador to future talents.
• Passionate about learning and staying updated on recruitment best practices.
• Able to design strategic, adaptable action plans and juggle multiple priorities with ease.

Contract: Permanent (CDI) or Freelance, based in Paris.

Compensation: Competitive entry salary + performance-based bonus.
