Tactical Planning Manager

We are recruiting 1 Tactical Planning Manager on a permanent contract in Blagnac (31). The role reports hierarchically to the Head of Account.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical planning team
• Elaborate and drive CO2 strategy
• Actively manage and provide the latest innovation design to drive business optimisation
• Ensure correct engagement is in place with all stakeholders
• Capacity planning forecast creation and update
• Responsible for correct usage and maintenance of all Tactical Planning relevant tools & systems (e.g., database, call tool, SharePoint...) and support that contained data is correct and up to date at any time
• Support data integrity improvements in customer systems
• Seek tool and process development for the sake of efficiency gains and improved outputs, resp. enhanced service offerings
• Identify critical skill gaps in the team, align with line manager on actions to close gaps, provide colleagues feedback in an open, structured and objective way

Skills and Profile Required

You have initial experience in transport management of 5 years minimum, a good knowledge of transport law and a first experience in team management is mandatory.

You have real interpersonal skills, a sense of listening and dialogue, a certain sense of organization and a taste for challenge. You are cheerful, enjoy teamwork and are able to work independently.

You ideally master one or more languages outside of French (German and Spanish). English is essential.
