T&E Compliance Analyst - German Speaking (2 year fixed term)

La position: Internal promotion and a 2-year fixed-term opportunity.

The opportunity

The Audit and Compliance department provides services for the affiliates in the EMEA region. Our main areas covered are: Financial Compliance, SAP Authorization, Travel and Expense , Healthcare Compliance.

In this position you will focus on:

• Coordinating complete, stringent and timely T&E related tasks which are in the department's scope

• Performing monthly quality checks over tasks performed by the team members

• Regular service quality review with main stakeholders (Group and Divisions)

• Supporting team members and Roche affiliates in ad hoc T&E compliance related tasks and questions upon requests

• Recruiting and onboarding new comers , identify individual talent and execute retain plan (by identifying career development and learning opportunities)

• Coaching and developing the team members, deliver high performing team

• Collaborating with other leaders within the RSS EMEA, representatives of supported field from other RSS Operations and with regional BPMs of the supported topic

Who you are

We are looking for someone who is self motivated, really passionate about his or her job and understands that providing a high-quality service is crucial for the organization. As an ideal team member you are open-minded, dedicated to make a difference and open to constant development. Furthermore, you have:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance/ Economics)

• 2+ years of experience in relevant field (preferably in any finance or compliance related position)

• Fluency in English and German language

• Strong people managing skills

• Strong compliance mindset

• Good change management
