Responsibilities

Administration of specific infrastructures, systems and services, such as file and print-services, RDS service, specific systems and software and hosted applications2nd level supportInstallation and configuration of system components and server software, including patch managementOperating and monitoring of infrastructure, systems, serversConfiguration management tasks & proceduresIncident management, Change enablement, Request fulfilment, Problem management: definition, analysis and resolutionPreliminary diagnosis of software and hardware problems, also in co-ordination with the central IT departmentsAdvise in areas such as capacity management, contingency planning, IT service continuity management, automation of repetitive tasks, securityCoordinate with hosting servicesCoordinate with database management teamsScripting & configurations in context of systems & infrastructureHandling of backups and restore operations of systems & infrastructureParticipate in defining and documenting configuration of systems & infrastructureParticipate in defining and documenting operational proceduresParticipate in architectural design/reviewsDraft technical content for knowledge base for use of upstream support teamsEvaluation and implementation of security standardsSecurity administration and monitoringParticipation in coordination and project meetings

Requirements

Bachelor degree in relevant field of interestITIL® CertificationKnowledge and experience with HW management, racking, cabling, replacement, FW upgradesHW/SW inventory and configuration managementAdvanced knowledge and experience with VMWare (vSphere, vSAN, Horizon)Knowledge and advanced experience in Redhat, Windows OS administration of large farmsActive Directory (AD) / LDAP and Keycloak ManagementNetwork Attached Storage (NAS) and distributed file systemsCentralized IT security policy managementKnowledge and experience in administration of servers, blade systems and composable infrastructureKnowledge and experience in administration of Backup & Storage systems (VEEAM, StoreOnce, vSAN, traditional SAN and CEPH)Advanced script development and troubleshooting skills (Ansible, PowerShell)Experience in software compliance monitoring and enforcement
