SYSTEM SERVICES MANAGER (m/w/d)
We are looking for an experienced System Services Manager to lead and transform our service operations. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance , while managing a highly skilled technical team within our installed systems base.
This is a strategic leadership role combining operational ownership, people management, and continuous improvement in a dynamic and safety-critical environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate and drive Group strategy into actionable plans
- Define and communicate a clear vision for the department
- Lead transformation initiatives to improve performance and service delivery
- Manage revenue, margins, and KPIs
- Define budgets, resources, and organizational structure
- Participate in European operations alignment
- Ensure efficient execution of maintenance, troubleshooting, spare parts, and modifications
- Lead a team of 10–20 professionals (including managers)
- Drive engagement, performance, and accountability
- Define training and upskilling plans
- Manage hiring, evaluations, and development plans
- Ensure fast and effective problem resolution
- Drive customer satisfaction and service quality
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Projects, and Global teams
- Ensure full compliance with HSE and Quality standards
- Lead risk prevention, audits, and safety initiatives
- Operate in high-voltage and regulated environments (e.g. SEVESO sites)
- Promote a strong safety-first culture across teams
What You Bring
Experience & Education
- 15+ years in Electrical Engineering / Automation
- Proven experience leading operations or service teams
Technical & Professional Skills
- SAP, Microsoft Project, Office 365
- Strong financial and operational acumen
Leadership & Personal Skills
- Results-driven and decisive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured, rigorous, and cost-aware
Required Certifications
- Category B driver’s license
- Fit for electrical and chemical site work
