Job Description
We are looking for a System Industrialisation Expert at our Massy site to support rapid growth. Attached to the R&D Team , you will be responsible for providing expertise and tech, supporting advanced research, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approving technical documents, both internally and with suppliers and customers.
- Leading specific activities linked with industrialisation of developments done in the lab, or supporting the technical teams developing the products.
- Helping develop the technical expertise of the team through writing best practices and design guidelines.
- Being the reference for defining test plans, validation strategies, and technological roadmap related to industrialisation.
- Identifying innovative technologies or methodologies to be further studied.
- Mobilising resources for exploration of innovative technologies and methodologies.
- Representing Exotrail in seminars and forums, sharing expertise and promoting the company’s vision and capabilities.
Preferred Experience
- Education: Master’s or PhD in industrial management, production engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering.
- Experience: 10 years in industrialisation of complex systems and subsystems.
- Strong experience in production of mechanical and electrical systems, and integration and testing of complete assemblies.
- Strong experience with tools required to industrialise a product: PLM.
- Strong experience structuring a process to go from lab to production.
- Strong technical leadership in multi‑team technical meetings and high agility.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English (B2 minimum).
- Creativity in handling unexpected technical issues (design, assembly, etc.).
