System Architect - Communication infrastructure / Ethernet
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary System Architect to join our team. In this role, you will analyze emerging and evolving communication technologies across diverse sectors—automotive, humanoid robotics, and data centers—and translate these insights into clear, actionable requirements for the development of next‑generation microcontrollers. Your expertise will guide the design and innovation of microcontroller architectures that meet future market demands and technological challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Technology Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and interpret trends and advancements in communication protocols and technologies used in automotive ECUs, humanoid robotics systems, and data center infrastructures.
- Requirements Definition: Translate market and technology insights into detailed system‑level requirements and architectural specifications for microcontrollers.
- Cross‑Domain Expertise: Evaluate and integrate diverse communication standards such as CAN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet, EtherCAT, wireless protocols, and high‑speed data center interconnects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, R&D, product management, and customer teams to align microcontroller capabilities with real‑world application needs.
- System Architecture Design: Define scalable, flexible, and high‑performance microcontroller architectures that support multi‑protocol communication, real‑time processing, security, and connectivity.
- Innovation Leadership: Drive innovation by proposing new architectural concepts that anticipate future industry requirements and technology shifts.
- Technical Support: Provide architectural guidance and support to hardware and software development teams during design, validation, and integration phases.
- Documentation: Prepare clear, comprehensive documentation of system architectures, specifications, and technology roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Electronics, Microelectronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in system architecture and product definition for complex digital SoCs or microcontrollers, preferably with exposure to at least one of the following segments: automotive, robotics, or data center technologies.
Technical Knowledge
- In‑depth understanding of communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet, EtherCAT, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, etc.).
- Familiarity with microcontroller design, embedded systems, and silicon technologies (including advanced CMOS and FinFET).
- Knowledge of real‑time systems, security features, and AI/ML integration in embedded platforms is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical trends into actionable product requirements.
- Proficiency in English (technical level required).
