System and E&M Interface Engineer

We are looking for a System and E&M Interface Engineer to support our growth in the turnkey market. On a turnkey project and tender the engineer will participate in system engineering — sizing, specification — and define and manage interfaces between subsystems both within Alstom’s contract and with other contractors or partners.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the system definition and sizing.
- Conduct railway system analysis using an MBSE approach.
- Write system specifications and obtain approval from all stakeholders.
- Gather track, power supply, signaling and rolling stock data to support performance optimisation.
- Contribute to requirement analysis and development.
- Analyse changes and manage their impact.
- Create or update interface documents in coordination with subsystems and ensure they are agreed upon by both subsystems and approved by the client.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering.
- Knowledge of railway systems and operating requirements.
- At least five years of experience in engineering or technical functions, including a minimum of three years on railway projects.
- Good proficiency in English, French, and a contract language.
- Knowledge of the rail environment and engineering practices.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
