Swiss HR Operations & Employee Relations Specialist

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a proactive HR Operations & Employee Relations Advisor to support a positive work environment and serve as the main contact for employee relations matters during a key HR transformation phase.

The role will provide ER expertise, ensure seamless HR processes, and drive improvements in collaboration with the HR Operations team. Hybrid work across Fribourg/Lausanne/Geneva with a 12-month fixed term.
