Responsibilities

• Engage with Swedish-speaking customers through chat, email, and phone to address their online shopping needs.
• Provide detailed product information, guidance, and personalized recommendations to enhance their buying experience.
• Manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges with efficiency and professionalism.
• Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve satisfaction.
• Keep informed about product ranges, offers, and company promotions to relay accurate information to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Cooperate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in an online retail or e-commerce environment.
• A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors.
• Ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic and effective assistance.
• Familiarity with customer service software and e-commerce systems.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, capable of managing various customer inquiries effectively.
• A positive team player with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
