Sustainable Urban Infrastructure Lead

SoTalent is seeking a Project Lead to manage large-scale public infrastructure and urban planning projects in Martinique. You will oversee projects from planning to delivery, ensuring technical, financial, administrative, and regulatory success at every stage.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional coordination, budgets, schedules, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. You will supervise two staff and ensure regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.
