The result of services is to support the Cool Coalition under the Mitigation Branch in accelerating efforts to expand sustainable, efficient, climate-friendly cooling and heat resilience in Asia Pacific including in supporting delivery and replication of country pilot projects in Asia-Pacific; convening and engaging partners and governments to build commitments on sustainable cooling and translate into actions; supporting knowledge product development and training; and engaging with and showcasing activities in global/regional working groups and forums, both for sustainable cooling and heat resilience. The consultant will support the Cool Coalition Secretariat with developing three funding proposals on passive cooling and climate-friendly cooling in the Asia-Pacific region. The consultant will support partnership building efforts related to passive cooling initiatives in the region, including stakeholder and donor engagement, identification of strategic collaborators, and facilitation of cooperation frameworks.
