Sustainability Client Success Lead (FR/EN, Paris)

ISS STOXX GmbH is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our Paris team, supporting clients across France and Southern Europe with Sustainability solutions. You will be the subject matter expert on the full product suite, guiding clients on research, data delivery, and platform usage.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, Research, and Marketing to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, while building strong relationships through training sessions and ongoing support.
