Barcelona Chef Recruitment is recruiting experienced Sushi Chefs for two opportunities in Europe.
We are looking for chefs who are genuinely specialized in sushi, with excellent technical skills, strong fish knowledge and experience with authentic Japanese cuisine.
Depending on your experience and technical level, we will assess which opportunity is the best match for your profile.
Requirements- Professional experience as a Sushi Chef
- Strong knife and fish preparation skills
- Excellent knowledge of nigiri, sashimi and sushi preparation
- Experience with authentic Japanese cuisine
- Omakase or high-end Japanese restaurant experience is highly valued
- High standards of presentation, consistency and attention to detail
- English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Paris
- Chefs with strong training and experience in traditional Japanese cuisine are particularly encouraged to apply
- €2,600–€3,200 net/month
- Approx. €700–€1,000 average monthly tips
- Flight covered
- Accommodation support or salary adjustment
- Health xuezdbg insurance and transportation support
- 5 working days per week
- Sunday & Monday off
- Intimate Omakase concept, approximately 15 guests per service
- Ideally 5+ years of professional sushi experience
