Support Worker (Days) – £300 Joining Bonus

National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Cornerstones Devizes team on days, with a £300 joining bonus and a salary of £12.86 per hour (£26,748.80 annually based on 40 hours). Up to 40 hours weekly. Full UK driving licence required.

You will support young adults with complex needs, build trusting relationships, plan daily activities, assist with personal care, and help promote independence within a person-centred approach.
