Supply performance manager M/F/Xð¼Concretely, you will work on industrial projects:Deploy the Supply Chain strategy in line with the site's business and industrial challenges
Manage end-to-end flows, from procurement through to customer delivery, in a multicultural environment
Analyze Supply Chain KPIs, identify deviations and build action plans with reporting that can be directly used by management
Anticipate risks and secure industrial projects: production transfers, ramp-up, supplier changes, rate increases…Manage the relationship with strategic suppliers, often international: calls for tenders, negotiations, performance monitoring, improvement plans and validation of initial productions (FAI)
Coordinate teams spread across several countries and lead steering reviews, kick-offs and progress meetings
Identify continuous improvement levers and contribute to the transformation of Supply Chain tools and processes
You will join an international project, managed in close collaboration with our teams based in Toulouse, within a demanding and rapidly evolving industrial environment.ðð»ð§ð» You have:A Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Initial significant experience in industrial Supply Chain, ideally in a complex and international environment
Good command of issues related to flows, procurement, planning, supplier performance and risk management
Experience in managing industrial suppliers, ideally with an international dimension
The ability to work in project management and to coordinate different stakeholders
Fluent professional English, essential for working with international teams and suppliers
The salary offered for this position is between 40,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
