Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain Quality Manager (f/m) to join our Cabin Supplier Interface team based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing Single Aisle Supplier activities. As part of the Cabin Supplier Interface Team, you will be involved with critical suppliers aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and on Quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assess suppliers during call for tenders and drive contractual On Time On Quality (OTOQ) operational performance.
  • Manage supplier quality approvals, ensure regulatory compliance, and secure industrial qualification maturity during New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Evaluate supplier capacity and capability, identify operational risks, and implement robust mitigation actions.
  • Establish and drive short-term supplier recovery plans to solve operational bottlenecks.
  • Initiate and lead multi-functional supplier performance improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Supplier Quality Management or Industrial Supply Chain operations.
  • Technical expertise in industrial auditing, risk management, and root cause analysis methodologies (APQP, 8D).
  • Proficiency in digital supplier management tools and ERP systems (SAP, QMS).
  • Negotiation level in English is mandatory.
