Main missions/responsibilities

  • Maintain a quality-driven culture within the SCM and ensure operational performance through continuous improvement.
  • Monitor carrier performance: update dashboards with customer complaints and non-conformities, analyze data, establish KPIs.
  • Analyze data by customer and carrier, track RC/NCR types, and perform traceability.
  • Contribute to reducing RC/NCR incidents.
  • Conduct analyses of CO2 emissions, considering financial and environmental impacts.
  • Prepare data for team meetings (finance & quality).
  • Prepare data and materials for quarterly business reviews with main carriers and facilitate these meetings.
  • Manage carrier audits: planning, preparation, analysis, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Serve as the main contact during internal and external audits (e.g., Unite, FCA).
  • Assist with transport chartering and monitor transport regulations.
  • Participate in projects such as Carrier Safety Day, tenders, safety protocols, and transportation specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, QSHE, Factories, and other departments to improve overall organizational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in transportation, quality, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in road chartering.
  • Strong analytical skills for KPI analysis.
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, Power BI.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for reviews and audits.
  • Candidate with high potential for growth within the organization.
