Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f) for our Flight Hour Services (FHS) department located in Toulouse, France. You will support the SMROI team in modelling activities to define optimal industrial configurations for sales campaigns and existing contracts, and will manage the logistics cost database for suppliers (warehousing, transport, customs).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the FHS operations focal point for sales campaigns, ensuring offers align with FHS industrial set‑up.
  • Represent FHS operations in the industrial deviation meeting and coordinate operations during pre‑sales activities.
  • Model and maintain the logistics cost base (warehouse, transport, customs) in line with FHS industrial requirements.
  • Provide the logistics cost base to support sales campaign business cases.
  • Report on sales campaigns, delivering weekly updates and periodic reports highlighting major campaigns and upcoming workloads.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and define industrial transformation set‑ups with associated roadmaps and processes.
  • Support change management in transformation projects and coordinate industrial projects (e.g., Cyrus, Scrap).

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Aeronautics, Project Management, or Logistics.
  • Over 5 years’ experience in supply chain and project management within an industrial environment.
  • Strong expertise in change management and transformation.
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize information.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Skywise) and handling large volumes of data.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and good working knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Team player, self‑motivated, and capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
