Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Operations Modelling/Project Manager (m/f) to join our Flight Hour Services (FHS) department based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing logistics solutions. Within the SMROI team, you will be involved in modeling activities aimed at defining the most appropriate industrial configuration for new sales campaigns and existing contracts. You will also be responsible for creating and updating the cost database for logistics suppliers (warehousing, transport, customs clearance).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the FHS operations focal point for sales campaigns: ensure offers released to customers are in line with the FHS industrial set‑up, represent FHS operations in the industrial deviation meeting, and coordinate FHS operations during pre‑sales activities.
  • Be responsible for the logistic cost base modelling: maintain the logistic cost base (warehouse, transport, customs) in line with the FHS industrial set‑up (active pools, contracted transport lines, repair network per aircraft programme) and provide the logistic cost base to support sales campaign business cases.
  • Report on sales campaigns within the Operations team: provide weekly updates to the FHS operations team and elaborate periodic reports to highlight major campaigns and upcoming workloads.
  • Continuous improvement: propose updates to improve the logistic cost base (accuracy, performance), support any project requiring logistic cost estimation or set‑up analysis, and coordinate SMRO cross projects (Cyrus, Scrap, …).

Qualifications

  • Master or equivalent degree in Aeronautics, Project Management or Logistics.
  • Over 5 years’ experience in supply chain and project management in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance.
  • Team player, self‑motivated, able to synthesize information.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data.
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Skywise).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good level of English (spoken and written).
