SUPPLY CHAIN, PRODUCTION AND LOGISTIC COORDINATOR
- POSITION TITLE: SUPPLY CHAIN, PRODUCTION AND LOGISTIC COORDINATOR

- POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Supply Chain, Production and Logistic Coordinator supports the Operations Department
in coordinating the purchasing, production, and logistics activities across the Goldfield &
Banks product portfolio. This role contributes to ensuring smooth production planning, timely
component supply, supplier performance monitoring, and operational excellence aligned with
the brand’s high standards of quality and sustainability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,
analytical, and proactive, with strong coordination skills and a genuine interest in the fragrance
and luxury industry.
- REPORTING STRUCTURE
This position will report directly to the Operation Manager. No subordinates report directly to
this position.
The candidate will work closely with both internal (New Product Development, Supply Chain,
Production, Compliance and Logistics/ADV teams) and external (Suppliers, Manufacturers,
and Logistics Partners) stakeholders.
- PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Purchasing and Suppliers Coordination
• Support new suppliers’ sourcing to meet company needs in terms of capacity,
quality, strategy, competitiveness, and innovation, in alignment with company goals
• Contribute to the implementation of supplier specifications and qualification for
existing and new partners.
• Assist the Operations Manager for the entire purchasing process for raw materials,
semi-finished products, and accessories.
• Issue and monitor purchase orders in the internal system, ensuring materials are
ordered and delivered on time for production.
• Monitor production documentation accuracy (BOM, conditioning model sheets etc).
• Collaborate with suppliers and production partners to maintain the best service
level.
2. Production and Planning Support
• Assist in preparing production and purchasing forecasts.
• Support production planning and ensure timely availability of components.
• Assist in production follow-up for both existing lines and new developments.

Version: A• Create and monitor retroplannings for new product launches, acting as the project
timekeeper to ensure all internal and external stakeholders meet deadlines.
• Track production schedules and monitor adherence to delivery deadlines.
• Follow up on production yields and analyze material losses (waste analysis).
• Participate in sales analysis and forecasting to optimize production and supply.
• Assist in daily coordination with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
3. Quality Follow-up
• Monitor component quality controls and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assist in the management of non-conformity reports for components and ensure
appropriate corrective actions.
• Follow up on fragrance (juice) manufacturing and quality validation steps.
• Support the implementation of quality control frameworks across all product
categories: components, bulk (juice), and finished goods.
• Collaborate with the Compliance team to maintain alignment with brand standards
and regulatory requirements.
4. Logistics and Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate import logistics (with documentation) and ensure timely delivery of
components.
• Manage component reception and readiness in line with production planning.
• Create and negotiate transporter partnership for regular shipments
• Assist in managing the flow of finished goods from production completion to delivery
at the logistics warehouse.
• Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
• Support operational follow-up between suppliers, production sites, and logistics
partners to ensure production continuity.
- KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1. Education: Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Business, or
Industrial Management.
2. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, production, or supply chain, ideally
in a dynamic and growing industrial environment.
3. Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and capacity for close follow up
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, organization, and autonomy.

- Strong sense of accountability and results orientation.
4. 6. Languages: Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
