SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (M/F)

Location: Pont-de-Cheruy, France

We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee all supply chain activities at our industrial site in Pont-de-Cheruy. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of physical and information flows, from procurement through to customer delivery. You will actively contribute to the site’s operational excellence by ensuring a high level of service while optimizing inventory and production capacity.

Your Main Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

• Ensure that the site's capacity is sufficient to meet demand, in collaboration with the Production and Sales teams.
• Ensure product availability and fulfill commitments to customers.
• Optimize inventory levels and material flows.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and shipping processes.
• Analyze logistics performance indicators and implement the associated action plans.

Continuous Improvement and Performance

• Identify and implement organizational improvements that will enhance the site's overall performance.
• Lead projects to improve supply chain flows and processes.
• Contribute to the pursuit of operational excellence and the digitization of processes.
• Ensure the reliability of planning and production data.

Cross-functional coordination

• Facilitate collaboration between the Sales, Production, Purchasing, Maintenance, Finance, QSE, and Engineering departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on supply chain matters.
• Prepare and lead the S&OP process and participate in decisions regarding customer and market priorities.

PROFILE

• A college degree in engineering or a master’s degree specializing in supply chain, production management, or logistics.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in a supply chain management role in an industrial setting.
• Extensive experience in industrial planning and flow management, with expertise in ERP tools and supply chain management systems.
• Business English.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
