Supply Chain Forecasting & Planning Specialist – Aftermarket
Contract: 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract
Location: Montluel
The role
In an international, customer‑oriented industrial environment, we are looking for a Supply Chain Forecasting & Planning Specialist – Aftermarket to join our Supply Chain team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The position is part of a broader process and systems transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead aftermarket demand forecasting (spare parts, accessories, kits) across multiple planning horizons.
- Act as a project partner in the design and deployment of a forecast consolidation process, currently under development.
- Contribute to the management and structuring of the forecast‑related project, in close collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Build, analyze, and challenge forecasts with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service stakeholders.
- Define and adjust supply plans to meet service level, inventory, and cost objectives.
- Analyse forecast versus actual variances and propose corrective action plans.
- Support SIOP / S&OP processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage SAP and Ketteq tools, acting as a functional Supply Chain reference.
- Deliver performance reporting and KPIs (service level, inventory coverage, obsolescence, etc.).
Profile
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in forecasting and/or supply planning, ideally within an aftermarket environment.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP ERP and planning/forecasting tools such as Ketteq.
- Strong interest in cross‑functional projects, process design, and business‑IT collaboration.
- Excellent analytical skills, structured mindset, and ability to synthesize information.
- Professional level of English required.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: €43,000.00 – €86,000.00 per year.
- Possible short‑term bonuses subject to defined conditions.
