The Position
Reporting to the Group S&OP Manager, the Supply Chain Engineer – Tools & Processes will play a key role in connecting Supply Chain business processes, data architecture and digital solutions.
The successful candidate will act as a bridge between operational teams, IT, Data and external partners to ensure that our tools, data and processes support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the deployment of innovative technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics and process automation, while supporting the standardization and digitalization of Supply Chain processes across the Group.
Main Responsibilities
Supply Chain Tools & Process Excellence
Act as the link between Supply Chain business processes, data and digital tools.
Analyze, document and continuously improve Supply Chain processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities.
Support the deployment, enhancement and adoption of Supply Chain systems and digital solutions.
Ensure alignment between business requirements, process design and system capabilities.
Data & Analytics
Ensure the quality, consistency, availability and governance of Supply Chain data.
Transform operational data into actionable insights and decision-support information.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and analytical tools to monitor Supply Chain performance.
Collaborate with IT and Data teams to improve reporting capabilities and data architecture.
Digital Transformation & AI
Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation and advanced analytics to improve Supply Chain efficiency and decision-making.
Participate in the evaluation, design and implementation of innovative digital solutions.
Support pilot projects and proof-of-concepts involving AI and emerging technologies.
Monitor industry best practices and emerging trends in Supply Chain technology.
Stakeholder Management & Change Support
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, IT, Data and Business teams across the organization.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and support solution implementation.
Train and support end-users in the adoption of new tools, dashboards and processes.
Contribute to change management initiatives linked to Supply Chain transformation programs.

Location
Paris, Melun or in one of our offices
Master's Degree or Engineering Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Analytics, Process Improvement or Digital Transformation roles within an international environment.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and end‑to‑end operational flows.
Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience with digital tools and data environments such as ERP systems, APS solutions, SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, Power Query or equivalent technologies.
Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation and data-driven decision‑making.
Ability to work effectively in complex and evolving environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
